Welcome to Crowdr (“Crowdr”, “we”, “us” or “our”)! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our crowdfunding and volunteer management app. By accessing or using Crowdr, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.

1. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct:

1.1. You shall not use Crowdr to engage in any form of discrimination, hate speech, harassment, or any other harmful or offensive behavior towards other users or individuals. We have a zero-tolerance policy for such activities, and violation may lead to immediate termination of your account.

1.2. You shall not use Crowdr for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. This includes but is not limited to, promoting illegal activities, infringing copyrights or trademarks, misrepresenting your identity or engaging in any fraudulent activities.

2. Responsibility for Campaigns and Donations:

2.1. Crowdr provides a platform for crowdfunding and volunteering campaigns, where individuals or entities ("Campaign Creators") can raise funds for their projects or initiatives and solicit volunteers.

2.2. Crowdr does not endorse or take responsibility for the content or accuracy of any campaign or its associated materials. All campaigns are the sole responsibility of the Campaign Creators.

2.3. Users ("Backers") who choose to donate to crowdfunding campaigns or participate in volunteering events do so at their own risk. Crowdr shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from fraudulent activities, misrepresentations, or failed campaigns.

3. Banning Discrimination and Hate Speech:

3.1. Crowdr is committed to maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all users. Discrimination, hate speech, or any form of harmful behavior towards others is strictly prohibited.

3.2. If any user is found to be engaging in discrimination or hate speech, we may suspend or terminate their account without prior notice.

4. Project Approval and Monitoring:

4.1. Crowdr reserves the right to review and approve all campaigns before they are published on the platform. We may reject or remove campaigns that violate these Terms or our guidelines.

4.2. While we strive to monitor and moderate campaigns, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of all projects. Users should exercise their judgment and due diligence before backing or participating in any campaign.

5. Refunds and Disputes:

5.1. Campaign Creators are responsible for fulfilling their promises to Backers, including delivering any rewards or benefits as specified in their campaigns.

5.2. In the event of disputes between Campaign Creators and Backers, Crowdr shall not be held liable and encourages parties to resolve issues directly.

6. Security and Privacy:

6.1. Protecting your privacy and data security is of utmost importance to us. Please refer to our Security Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Intellectual Property:

7.1. All content and materials provided by Crowdr (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software) are the property of Crowdr and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

7.2. Campaign Creators represent and warrant that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use any intellectual property in their campaigns.

8. Termination:

8.1. Crowdr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access.
